These terms describe the use of PhotoStudio and its optional connection service, provided by Mert Tuzer.

Using PhotoStudio

PhotoStudio lets you create and export designs using photos, text and other elements. Use content you own or have permission to use, and respect other people’s rights and applicable laws. You retain your rights to your own content.

Your projects

Projects are stored on your device. Keep copies of important work. Deleting the app can remove its projects; exports saved in Photos are managed separately.

Optional Instagram connection

The account connection is currently limited to test builds and authorized test accounts. It is not required to edit or export designs. Connecting an account does not publish a post, Story or message. The connection depends on Instagram’s availability and permissions and may expire or require sign-in again. PhotoStudio is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram or Meta.

Disconnecting and privacy

You can disconnect within the test build to remove the connection stored by PhotoStudio. Permissions granted in Instagram are managed separately in Instagram settings. See our Privacy Policy and data deletion instructions for details.

Support and updates

Features and supported formats may change as the app develops. This page will show the date of changes to these terms. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law. For questions about the app or these terms, contact hello@mtuzer.com.
